Met Éireann has forecast a few showers it says will move up over Leinster and Ulster in the morning but will die out by midday tomorrow.

“Overall, it will be mainly dry with a fair amount of cloud and some sunny spells,” Met Éireann said

Highest temperatures are expected to be between 13 and 16 degrees over the western half of the country and between 17 and 21 degrees further east, with light, variable breezes.

Sunday is expected to be mainly dry with a fair amount of cloud and some sunny spells.

The forecaster said a few showers may develop in Leinster and Ulster during the afternoon and evening.

Highest temperatures are expected to be between 14 and 18 degrees, with light variable breezes. Like Saturday, it will be warmer in the east.

Sunday night will be dry with some clear spells. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 9 degrees.
