Watch: Screaming, selfie-crazed hen party mobs Ed Miliband

“SELFIE! SELFIE! SELFIE!”

The Telegraph / YouTube

BRITISH LABOUR PARTY leader Ed Miliband was mobbed by a screaming hen party while canvassing for the upcoming general election.

During a visit to Chester in Cheshire over the weekend, the Labour’s battle bus was descended upon by two-dozen screaming women.

The Chester Chronicle reports that one of the hens spotted the bus when she popped out of the group’s hotel for a cigarette. The entire entourage soon followed.

As he attempted to step off the bus, he faced chants of ‘selfie’. It all became a bit too much for the Labour leader, and he retreated.

The bride-to-be was let on to the bus for a chat and photo with Miliband.

Labour has been overtaken by the Tories in the most recent opinion poll in the United Kingdom, the Guardian reports.

Its currently looking like yet another hung parliament for Westminster as the election campaigns enter their final two weeks.

The Conservatives stand at 36%, Labour at 32%, Ukip at 13%, the Scottish National Party at 8%, and Greens at 5%.
