Appeal for witnesses after young man killed in early morning crash

Another passenger was injured in the crash.

GARDAÍ IN DONEGAL are appealing for information after a man aged 25 was killed in a car crash in Donegal this morning.

The single-vehicle collision took place at 6:45am in the Termon townland of Clonkillymore.

Another passenger in the car, a man in his 20s, was hospitalised after the incident.

His injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

Speaking to Highland Radio, Inspector David Kelly appealed for any witnesses to come forward and contact gardaí at Milford.

Anyone who saw the car – a silver BMW – is being asked to get in touch.
