2010's 'inspirational' female role models

Forbes releases this year’s list. Here’s a slideshow of some who made the cut.

FORBES MAGAZINE has released its list of “30 Most Inspiring Women”. The list features a range of women from all over the world, including actresses, politicians, activists and novelists. Irishwoman Ali Hewson was cited for her activism.

Bono’s better half maintains a low profile on the social scene, but is known for her environmental campaign work. Ms Hewson set up the ethical fashion label, Edun, along with her husband in 2005.
