THE COMMERCIAL COURT will hear Anglo Irish Bank’s case against its former director Tom Browne over an unapid €50m loan before Christmas, it has been confirmed. RTÉ reports that Justice Peter Kelly granted Anglo’s request for a hearing of the action this morning, telling the bank’s lawyers the case would proceed within the next seven weeks.
