Appeal for missing Co Offaly man Michael Egan

The 24-year-old was last seen early on Monday morning on the Banagher to Cloghan Road.

GARDAÍ ARE seeking the public’s assistance in locating a man missing from Birr since Monday morning.

Michael Egan, 24, of Five Alley, Birr, Co Offaly, was last seen at about 3am on the 17 October on the Banagher to Cloghan Road.

He was wearing blue jeans, a grey jumper with a logo on the front and stripe around the neck, and white runners when last seen.

Egan is described as being 6′ in height, has reddish-to-fair hair, blue eyes and is of medium build.

His family and gardaí say they are very concerned for his welfare and are appealing to anyone who may have seen him or can help locate him to contact Banagher Garda Station on 057 9151310 or the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111.
