Man to appear in court charged with the alleged false imprisonment of two women

A 32-year-old male is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice this afternoon.

A MAN IS due to appear in court in connection with the false imprisonment of two separate women.

Gardaí in Clondalkin are investigating the alleged false imprisonment of a woman in the Monastery Road area of Clondalkin on 3 September 2015 and the alleged false imprisonment of a woman in the Knockmeenagh area of Clondalkin on 16 May this year.

In both these cases gardaí are also investigating allegations of assault.

A 32-year-old male has been charged in connection with both incidents and is due to appear in court number 2 of the Criminal Courts of Justice at 4.30pm today.
