A MAN IN his 60s will this morning appear in front of the Central Criminal Court charged in connection with the murder of a man in south Dublin last May.
The man is due to appear in front of the Dublin District Court at 10.30am.
59-year-old Des Sullivan was found unresponsive at the scene of a house in Summerville Park, Rathmines, late on the evening of 23 May.
Sullivan was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 67-year-old man was subsequently arrested in connection with the incident.
