Waterways presenter Dick Warner has died

People have been paying tribute to the iconic environmentalist.

TV PRESENTER AND environmentalist Dick Warner has died, according to reports from RTÉ News and the Irish Examiner.

He was 70 years of age.

The award-winning broadcaster was best known for his Waterways series, where he travelled along Ireland’s rivers. He was also a columnist with the Irish Examiner.

People have been paying tribute to the iconic environmentalist on Twitter.
