Dundrum Town Centre to create 300 new jobs

The total number of people employed at Dundrum will now hit close to 6,000.

A TOTAL OF 300 new full and part time jobs will be created at Dundrum Town Cent in Dublin, it was announced today.

The minister  for enterprise Richard Bruton announced the jobs at the shopping and leisure complex this morning with the total number of employees at Dundrum now set to reach close to the 6,000 mark.

Some of the jobs will be created in the much anticipated Hollister clothing store which will open in July.

The pan Asian restaurant Wagamama will also be opening as will an as yet unnamed family entertainment centre which is being fitted out in Dundrum South.

The Port House restaurant – due to overwhelming demand – will double in size six months after opening.

The Pink Beauty Emporium will also expand, tripling in size to meet the growing demand for its beauty services.

According Dundrum Town Centre, the retail spend there continues to perform ahead of the national average which it says is “a reflection of the consumers’ desire for customer service, choice and value for money.”
