Luck of the Irish: Another EuroMillions winner but they have yet to claim prize

They scooped a whopping €12,801,474. Not bad. Not bad at all.

IT MUST BE the luck of the Irish or there could be something in the water (drink up!) because just two months after an Irish person won a cool €93,968,807 in the EuroMillions jackpot, another person in the Munster region has scooped a whopping €12,801,474.

A spokesperson at the National Lottery would not reveal to TheJournal.ie in what county the ticket was bought but they did admit the lucky winner had been in contact with Lotto headquarters.

The winner or syndicate matched their numbers on Friday and they will share in the €25.6 million jackpot with a player in Spain.

The winning numbers were 11, 23, 25, 32, 37, and the lucky stars were 4 and 7.
