These brand new three- and four-bedroom homes are only 45 minutes from Dublin

The development in Kilcock, Co Kildare has already sold 100 homes.

SEEKING A NEW home near Dublin that will give you serious bang for your buck? This month sees a new release of homes by Glenveagh in Kilcock, Co Kildare.

The development, Ledwill Park, has already sold more than 100 homes, with the first buyers moving in before Christmas. When it is fully complete, will consist of a community of approximately 430 two-, three- and four-bedroom houses.

This new phase will see 3- and 4-bedroom semi-detached homes hit the market, in a town that is well-connected by road and railway – there’s an Irish Rail service from Kilcock to Dublin, and the InterCity service takes approximately 45 minutes to Connolly Station.

For drivers, the M4 interchange is less than five minutes’ drive away and time to the city centre is 40 minutes (off-peak), while Dublin Airport is a 30 minute drive.

There are three primary schools in the area including one gaelscoil, along with Scoil Dara, a secondary school on Church Street. Maynooth University is also located only five kilometres away and is easy to reach by both train and car.

The town of Kilcock has a variety of restaurants where new residents can enjoy a quiet drink in the local pub and tasty homemade breakfast in some of their award-winning cafes, along with delicious French cuisine in the local bistro.
