There was a truck on fire on the M50 this morning

The incident occurred northbound near J5 Finglas.

EMERGENCY SERVICES ARE currently dealing with a truck on fire on the M50 motorway out of Dublin.

The incident has occurred northbound near J5 Finglas. Motorists are advised that they are still able to get by in the right lane.

The fire was later extinguished and efforts were made to remove the vehicle from the road.

Delays on the road are to be expected at this time.

Dublin Fire Brigade was contacted and no further information is currently available about the incident.
