A FEW DAYS ago, many of us would have witnessed fireworks displays to mark New Years.
However, it was probably enjoyed from a safe distance, unlike the experience of one cameraman in Colombia.
A fireworks factory went up in smoke yesterday beside a busy motorway in the South American country.
A passing driver received non-life threatening injuries, according to local media.
Caracol reports that there was as much as 50 tons of gunpowder at the site.
One of the station’s cameramen, Carlos Espinoza according to The Independent, was close to the scene at the time.
