THE FIRST of what is likely to be several debates between the leaders of Ireland’s three main political parties is to take place next Tuesday, after Fianna Fáil said it was preparing to send leader Micheál Martin into TV3′s debate – regardless of whether Enda Kenny chose to attend or not. FF said discussions on the debate were in their “final stages” and that they expected other debates to be arranged in the coming days.
