THE FUNERAL IS being held today for the Dublin teenager who died after being struck by a car in a hit-and-run incident last weekend.
Conor Hickey, 14, was struck by a car at the junction of St Eithne Road and Fassaugh Road in Cabra on Friday evening. He passed away on Saturday night at Temple Street Children’s Hospital.
The funeral is due to take place this morning in Cabra.
Gardaí are still appealing for information from witnesses which could help them with their investigation, and are urging the driver of the vehicle to come forward.
The car is described as being silver in colour and is thought to have had a spoiler on the back.
