1.#MURDER: Police in Belfast have said that they are treating the discovery of a body in the city as a murder. The man has been identified as Eamonn Magee Jr, son of former world champion Eamonn “The Terminator” Magee.

2. #FARMERS: Irish farmers are not happy after information about the subsidies they have received from Europe have been published on the Department of Agriculture’s website. 

3. #FIFA: Despite his re-election, pressure is continuing to mount on FIFA boss Sepp Blatter after sponsors Coca Cola and McDonald’s called for reform within the organisation. 

4. #FESTIVALS: People are heading off to events around the country today, with the Foo Fighters set to headline Slane tonight. 

5. #GOING NOWHERE: While the UK is discussing the possibility of a ‘Brexit’, a new Red C poll has found that Irish people are quite happy staying in the EU.
