Severe delays following collision between truck and multiple cars on M50

Traffic is down to two lanes and the incident is understood to be causing severe delays to traffic.

THERE HAS BEEN a collision between a truck and multiple cars on the M50 this afternoon.

It happened before Junction 13 southbound between Firhouse and Ballinteer.  The incident caused severe delays.

Traffic was down to two lanes for a time but it’s now understood that the incident has been cleared and Junction 13 southbound has been re-opened.

It’s not known at this stage if anyone has been injured.
