Man arrested for public order offence at Tallaght Library

A MAN HAS been arrested following disturbance at Tallaght Library this morning. The 18-year-old was arrested and charged under Sections 6 and 8 of the Public Order Act following an incident at 11.45 this morning, according to gardaí.
