FOUR PEOPLE HAVE been arrested after gardaí seized drugs with an estimated street value of €300,000 in Meath and Louth.

The operation, led by the Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau, was targeting serious criminal activity in the two counties.

Gardaí seized approximately 13 kilos of cannabis herb when they intercepted and searched a number of vehicles near Ashbourne this afternoon.
