THE NORTHERN LIGHTS were glowing across Irish skies last night as a powerful solar storm hit Earth.
While cloud cover often limits visibility of the lights in Ireland, clear spells allowed people to witness the display with the naked eye.
Many readers of The Journal sent in photographs of their view of the lights, also known as aurora borealis.
With many people across the country catching a glimpse of the aurora, we want to ask: Did you see the northern lights last night?
