O'Rourke calls for parliamentary meeting on party leadership

FORMER FIANNA FÁIL deputy leader and minister Mary O’Rourke has called for a meeting of the parliamentary party in January to discuss the leadership of Brian Cowen, RTÉ News reports. Speaking in Athlone this morning, the three-term former minister said the party needed to make a decision on who should be at the helm in the run-up to a forthcoming general election.
