POLICE IN MANCHESTER have released chilling CCTV footage of two men suspected of sexually assaulting a woman on Halloween night.
Just after 7pm on 31 October, the 22-year-old woman was approached by “four offenders wearing Scream-type masks, before she was dragged to the floor and sexually assaulted,” police said today.
Luckily, the woman managed to fight them off and struggled back to her feet before the assault could continue.
She ran off and then raised the alarm.
In the video below, two of the men – one wearing a Scream mask – can be seen walking near the Oasis Centre in the east of the city, about an hour before the attack.
The four are described as teenagers wearing Scream masks, and dark clothing.
Police are renewing their appeal for help from the public, nearly one month on from what they describe as “a horrible ordeal.”
This woman went through hell that night and we need to find those responsible. Justice is the least that she deserves.
