Man pleads guilty to sexual assault on horse

A MAN HAS pleaded guilty to sexually attacking a horse in Norfolk.

The BBC reports that Alan Blackman (31), a married father-of-three, appeared via video link at Norwich Crown Court today.

Blackman, of no fixed abode, admitted he attempted to have intercourse with a horse at a farm in Redenhall, south Norfolk.

He was arrested on 6 August, after the injured animal was discovered.

Judge Stephen Holt called for a psychiatric assessment to be carried out before sentencing on 23 October.

After the initial attack, Norfolk Police circulated images of a man seen at the farm prior to the attack.
