Man accidentally buys plane tickets to Ireland for One Direction gig in Cardiff

This was down to his shaky grasp of geography – not a commitment to scenic travelling.

Web couple Jake Boys Jake Boys

A VIDEO BLOGGER has accidentally booked flights to Ireland from England under the mistaken assumption that Cardiff is located here.

Jake Boys, 19, whose failure to grasp rudimentary European geography have got them into the scrape, bought the flights after getting his girlfriend tickets to a One Direction/ McBusted show in the Welsh capital.

His girlfriend, Emily Canham, tweeted earlier in the week about the mistake, writing in all capitals that Jake had, “booked flight to Ireland because he thought Cardiff was in Ireland”.

The Daily Mail is reporting that Boys is now planning on buying train tickets to Cardiff.

The pair are both popular YouTube vloggers, with Canham having 114,000 subscribers to her channel and Boys having 167,000 followers.
