- A five-year-old British boy has died after being buried by snow from a snowplough while on holidays at a Pyrenees ski resort with his family, Sky News reports.
- Gaddafi’s forces have shelled the rebel-held oil city of Ras Lanuf and are still pushing to take control of the western city of Zawiyah, Al Jazeera reports.
