Do you like reading big fat thrillers?

Bestselling authors have some big books out this month.

IT’S A BUMPER month for books, with eagerly awaited new thrillers by some of the biggest authors vying for the top of the bestseller lists.

JK Rowling, writing as Robert Galbraith, has released another 900-page doorstop in the hugely popular Cormoran Strike series, The Hallmarked Man.

Dan Brown is back with The Secret of Secrets the sixth in the Robert Langdon series that made Brown a household name with 2003′s The Da Vinci Code. Brown says it’s his most ambitious and fun book yet; The Guardian’s review characterised it as ”weapons-grade bollocks”.

And Mick Herron returns with Clown Town, his latest Slough House thriller. Fans of Apple TV’s enjoyable adaptation, Slow Horses, will be looking forward to the new series on 24 September.
