Tony Blair's daughter escapes gun robbery

Kathryn Blair was out walking in central London with her boyfriend when the attempted robbery occurred.

THE DAUGHTER OF the former British prime minister Tony Blair has been held at gunpoint. Kathryn Blair escaped the attempted robbery unharmed.

The incident took place at 8.30pm on Monday night when the 25-year-old barrister was out walking with her boyfriend and friends in central London.

Unharmed

A spokesman for Tony and Cherie Blair stated: “Kathryn was with a group of friends. No one was hurt and nothing was stolen.”

According to The Guardian, police said there was another attempted robbery in the Marylebone area on Monday and both incidents are believed to be linked.

No one was hurt in either of the incidents.
