DONALD TRUMP AND Elon Musk met and shook hands at the marathon memorial event for Charlie Kirk in Arizona today.

The billionaire departed from the White House at the start of the summer after his tenure overseeing the controversial Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

The relationship between the two men broke down in dramatic fashion with the US President insisting the X owner had lost his mind and Musk claiming that Trump was “in the Epstein files”.

Musk took a seat next to Trump at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale Arizona at today’s memorial.

They appeared to chat warmly as the speeches took place.
