What is the obsession with the stats on Irish drinking habits?? Irish adults drink alcohol by choice, why is this news??
I suppose because drunks wreck it for everyone else? It’s a global trend, they’re reporting on it, I see no problem with that.
On the other hand, I really don’t see where they are getting the statistic that ’11% of adults have committed to abstain from alcohol for their lifetime’. I know plenty of Irish people who never drank alcohol. They aren’t registering their preferences officially, it’s no big deal, they simply don’t drink. I wonder where this statistic is coming from? Problem drinkers who swore off it? Catholics who took a pledge? It’s a bit weird to think people are monitored now for what they aren’t doing.
Trump has plenty of money hidden away in secret accounts in sure.
81 years that’s a seriously ling time.
