Woman arrested after man stabbed to death in Dublin

Gardaí are investigating the circumstances surrounding the man’s death.

A MAN HAS died after he was stabbed in a house in Dublin last night.

Gardaí and emergency services were called to the house on Phibsboro Road at around 10:30 last night.

The 36-year-old man was taken from the scene to the Mater Hospital with apparent stab wounds. He was pronounced dead today.

A woman in her mid 40’s has been arrested in connection with this investigation and is currently being held at Mountjoy Garda Station.

The scene is preserved pending a forensic and technical examination and the Office of the State Pathologist has been notified.
