'Extensive damage' done to apartment block after Clongriffin fire

No injuries occurred in the incident, but extensive damage has been done to the apartment complex.

A FIRE IN an apartment block in Clongriffin, Dublin has been put out by the Dublin Fire Brigade.

No one was injured in the incident, but extensive damage has been done to the apartment where the fire originated, the adjoining apartment rooms, and the roof of the building.

There are reports that an arrest has been made in connection with the incident.

Five units of the Dublin Fire Brigade were called to the scene, as well as an ambulance, a ladder, six pumps and a commanding unit – eight units in total.
