5. #HEALTH A patient in Dublin had to wait three and a half hours for an ambulance to the Knocklyon area of Dublin, RTÉ reports. Dublin Fire and Ambulance Service said that there weren’t enough ambulances available at the time.

6. #HONG KONG The captain of a ferry that sank in 2012, leading to the death of 39 people, has been found guilty of manslaughter and endangering lives.

7. #ISLAMIC STATE Islamists IS have seized an Iraq town, Al-Baghdadi, which puts them within striking distance of an air base where American troops are training Iraq forces.
