Bring these Irish animation stamps to life with your smartphone

The stamps feature well-known Irish animations like ‘Roy’ and ‘Give Up Yer Aul Sins’.

IN A FIRST for An Post, stamps featuring augmented reality technology have been released so you can virtually bring them to life.

The four stamps were released today to celebrate the Irish animation industry.

When scanned by a smartphone with the CEE App for Android or iPhone, a specially produced film featuring ‘Roy’, ‘Give Up Yer Aul Sins’, ‘The Secret of Kells’, ‘Nelly & Nora’ and other animated works can be seen.
