Man hospitalised after stabbing incident in Dublin city centre

The man was attacked with a knife after “an altercation with a man and a woman”.

A MAN WAS taken to hospital last night after a stabbing incident on Cope Street in Dublin city centre.

The 34 year old man was attacked with a knife after “an altercation with a man and a woman” at around 6.30pm, gardaí said.

He was taken to St James’s Hospital. His injuries are thought to be non life-threatening.

Gardaí in Pearse Street are investigating the incident.
