Death of woman being investigated by gardaí in Co Donegal

A man in his 20s has been arrested and detained by gardaí.

THE DEATH OF a woman in her 20s is being investigated this morning in Forest Park, Killygordan, Co Donegal.

Gardaí say the woman was pronounced dead at the scene and that the office of the State Pathologist has been notified.

A man in his 20s has been arrested and detained in Letterkenny Garda Station.

Investigations are ongoing and the Garda Technical Bureau will be carrying out a examination at the scene today.
