Dutch banker loses job after secret life as a dominatrix revealed
‘Conchita van der Waal’ reportedly sold her services for €450 a night.

A DUTCH BANKER has been sacked after her employer discovered she had been working as a dominatrix in her spare time.

Known under the pseudonym of ‘Conchita van der Waal’ in the sex industry, she had been working with Dutch Central Bank (DCB) for the past eight years, and as an escort for the past six years.

It is being reported in Dutch media that she worked with DCB’s trust monitoring division, an area that places high demands on employees’ personal conduct, and was dismissed at the end of last year.

Of the 5,469 candidates that had applied for positions with the bank since 2011, the company’s stringent screening process had seen 614 rejected at an initial stage.

According to Dutch business magazine ‘Quote’ who broke the story, the bank dismissed the woman over ‘integrity issues’.

The Daily Mail is reporting that some photographs that she had posted online showed her wearing an SS Nazi cap.

On her website advertising her services as a dominatrix she had specified that she held a position in international finance. The website has since been taken down.

While prostitution in the Netherlands is legal, employees of the DCB are not permitted to engage in activity that has the potential to bring the company into disrepute.

The real name of the woman involved is not being released.
