Fine Gael website launches Enda Kenny video appeal

Opposition party replaces its regular website with a video address and appeal from party leader, as Fine Gael gears up for the general election.

THE FINE GAEL WEBSITE has been taken down and replaced with a video message from Enda Kenny.

In the video, Kenny sits over a cup of coffee and says the party’s site is being taken down for a number of weeks and replaced with the facility for people to send their ideas and “proposals about what you think we should do”.

Visitors to the site can post their responses to the question “What do you think has gone wrong in the country?” below Kenny’s video address, or suggest ways to improve the country or for Fine Gael to build its support.
