Two hospitalised and Luas services delayed after fire in Dublin city centre

GREEN LINE LUAS services are now operating with delays after they were earlier suspended due to a firefighting operation in Dublin City centre.
Gardaí and emergency services were at the scene of a fire at a premises on Eden Quay for several hours this morning.
The fire broke out on the upper floor of a building, where there are apartments, on Eden Quay. Eden Quay lies at the bottom of O’Connell Street, running to the east.
Two people have been brought to hospital.
A Dublin Fire Brigade spokesperson said the service received multiple calls at 6.39am reporting a fire in the multi-storey premises.
Seven fire engines from Tara Street, North Strand and Phibsborough fire stations were on the scene along with three ambulances from Tara Street and North Strand fire stations at around 9am.
Firefighters in breathing apparatus fought the fire.
Traffic diversions were put in place as a result. The Rosie Hackett Luas bridge, which runs across the Liffey connecting Hawkins Street to Marlborough Street, was closed for a period and has now reopened.
A garda spokesperson said investigations into the matter are ongoing.
