#IRAN: A US warplane has gone down over Iran and US forces have rescued one of the crew, according to one US and one Israeli official.

#ARTEMIS: Four Artemis astronauts have been zooming towards the Moon after a major engine firing, a milestone that commits NASA to the first crewed lunar flyby in more than half a century.

#TRUMP: US forces have yet to begin “destroying what’s left in Iran,” Donald Trump has warned, as he said more of the country’s bridges and energy infrastructure were in his sights.

PARTING SHOT

THE ISSUE OF log cabins in peoples’ back gardens has been back up for discussion in the last week.

When the idea was first flagged last year that planning permission would no longer be required for modular units or log cabins, it was pitched that the modular units would be used solely for family members.

However, in a policy shift by the government, the new plan will now see modular homes allowed to be put up for rent under the Rent-A-Room relief scheme, which allows a person to rent out a room in their home and avail of tax-free relief up to €14,000.

What do you think? Is this a good or bad idea? Take our poll and let us know.
