The PSNI says that the driver was ordered out of her car by four masked men in Lurgan.

FOUR MASKED MEN, one of whom is believed to have been armed, hijacked a car last night, the PSNI said today.

Detectives in Lurgan are investigating a hijacking on the Monbrief East Road last night, Sunday 4 November.

Police said that shortly after 7pm it was reported that four masked males, one of whom was believed to be carrying a firearm, approached the driver of a car close to the Drumbeg Roundabout. They ordered her out before making off in the car.

The vehicle was driven a short distance and then set on fire on the road side. The woman, who was aged in her 20s, was unharmed in the incident.
