The harvest is in - and so is the Irish Farmer Calendar 2015

Sides of Irish beef on show in aid of Bóthar.

IT’S THAT TIME of the year again. The livestock is bedded down for the evenings and the wellies are off. And the rest.

We have the Irish Farmer Calendar 2015 – which supports the charity Bóthar - hot off the presses for you on this fine autumnal evening.

See if you can spot RTÉ’s Aengus Mac Grianna’s husband Terry Gill in there (Hint: He’s Mr July and he’s an alpaca farmer).

It’s only €10 and they’re taking orders over at farmercalendar.com, where you can also apply to be in next year’s calendar if you are A. some class of a farmer, and B. comfortable posing with livestock.

All images bravely taken by photographer Fran Marshall.
