4FM's Niall Boylan tipped to take over for Adrian Kennedy

The late night talk show host is also known for his controversial radio content.

LATE NIGHT TALK show host Niall Boylan has been tipped to take over for Adrian Kennedy when he leaves FM1O4 to present a mid morning weekday programme for 98FM.

A radio insider said that Boylan was top of the pile and had already had a meeting with FM104 executives on a possible move.

Controversial

Similar to Adrian Kennedy, Boylan is also known for his outspoken and controversial late night talk show.

It was announced this week that Kennedy and co-presenter/producer Jeremy Dixon will take up their new roles with 98FM in early 2014.

Niall Boylan joined Classic Hits 4FM in May 2011. He has previously worked with radio stations FM104 and 98FM.

In May of this year, however, Boylan tweeted that he had renewed his contract with 4FM:

Adrian Kennedy’s move to 98FM is believed to be a big coup for the Communicorp-owned station which has flagged behind FM104 in the JNLR listenership figures in recent years.
