US may have finally discovered world's unhealthiest burger
It involves replacing the bun with doughnuts and adding a very strange side dish.

BURGERS ARE NOT generally listed under ‘healthy eating options’, but meat-eaters in the US may have gone a step too far with their latest creation: the doughnut burger.

The Krisy Kreme Cheeseburger is a burger, cheese, and two doughnuts. Yum.

For those really determined to pack in the calories, chocolate-covered bacon on a stick has been known to accompany the doughnut burger.

The burger has been selling for $5 at the Wisconsin State Fair, and weighs in at 1,000 calories.

Last year, the Wisconsin Department for Health Services implored residents to fight obesity by making more healthy choices, and said that over half of the adults in Wisconsin were either obese or overweight.
