Luka Rocco Magnotta is accused of killing and eating a Chinese student in Montreal last month.

THE CANADIAN PORN actor accused of the grisly killing and dismemberment of a Chinese student in Montreal last month has been extradited from Germany today and is headed for Canada, an official has said.

“Luka Rocco Magnotta was removed from Berlin by a Canadian military transport in the custody of” the Montreal police (SPVM), Canadian Attorney General Rob Nicholson announced.

Police believe Magnotta stabbed Lin Jun – a Chinese student at Montreal’s Concordia University – carved up the victim’s body, filmed the act and sent several of the body parts to federal political parties and public schools.

Magnotta was arrrested two weeks ago in Berlin after a global manhunt. He will face charges of first degree murder and committing indignities to a body.

“Our government worked closely with the SPVM (Montreal police), the Quebec Prosecution Service and German officials in order to obtain Mr. Magnotta’s extradition from Germany and timely removal to Canada,” Nicholson added.
