A LARGE PORTION of Cork’s city centre will be disrupted as the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall visit on Thursday.
The visit will kick off in the city at 10.30am on Thursday morning. On Friday, the royal party will travel to Kerry where they will visit Derrynane, Tralee and Killarney before departing that evening.
Cork City, Tralee and Killarney will be open for business as usual and the public is invited to come out and welcome the royals.
However, people wishing to catch a glimpse of the heir to the British throne are advised to arrive in good time and not to attempt to bring bags or luggage into viewing areas.
People going about their business on the day are warned that there will be delays.

Gardai are appealing to the public to be patient and to cooperate with the directions of members of An Garda Siochana. Every effort will be made to minimise disruption and delays to the public.
