Helpful Garda Pic of the Day

A member of An Garda Síochana was only too happy to take a groupie shot of these people.

WHILE MANY PEOPLE are out doing their last minute shopping, others are working away like any other day.

Not only are there extra gardaí out patrolling our busy shopping streets, some in plain clothes, keeping shops and shoppers safe from opportune thieves, they are also on hand to capture some of our special Christmas moments.

The gardaí tweeted today that there are plenty of “characters” celebrating the Christmas spirit in Dublin, with this garda only too happy to help spread the Christmas cheer by taking a photo of these people out enjoying Christmas Eve.
