Poll: How often do you take a long walk?

THE LAST OF the autumn leaves are blowing away and the motivation to get outdoors is probably waning a little.

We are frequently reminded that walking is one of the best and most accessible activities we can indulge in. It’s good for physical health, obviously, but can also promote good mental health – and can even boost creativity.

Do you try to get in a long walk several times a week? (We’re talking walks of an hour or longer.)
