FOLLOWING THE DEATH of a 21-year-old man in a workplace accident yesterday afternoon in Donegal, the Health and Safety Authority have launched an investigation into the incident.
Kara McCole was tragically killed on the premises of Seán Ward Fish Exports Ltd in Killybegs, County Donegal.

Gardaí said the young forklift driver was crushed in an accident and died shortly after. They said that it was not a matter for the gardaí to investigate but that a HSA investigation is underway.
Last year, 46 people died in work related accidents.
