These beautiful new family homes in Kildare start at €280,000

Best of all, they’re launching this weekend.

IN SEARCH OF a bit more space that isn’t too far from the city? This weekend, Glenveagh Homes will launch a brand new family development in Kildare with large two-, three- and four-bedroom homes that start from €280,000.

Located in Braganstown, Kilcock, Co Kildare, the houses are beside the train station, within a 45-minute commute to Dublin Connolly and five minutes from the M4, which brings you to Dublin city in 40 minutes (off-peak). It’s also within five minutes walk of Kilcock village.

Ledwill Park will launch this weekend on both Saturday and Sunday, 12pm to 2pm. It contains terraced, semi-detached and detached homes, including three show homes (two three-bedroom and one four-bedroom).

Kilcock is a thriving community 35 kilometres west of Dublin and Bus Éireann has regular services between both Dublin and Mullingar that go through the town. It’s also within five kilometres of Maynooth, Ireland’s only university town.

The town has three primary schools – Scoil Choca Naofa, St Joseph’s BNS and Gaelscoil Uí Riada, along with one secondary school, Scoil Dara on Church Street. Maynooth University is also an easy commute from the town.

While the nearby town of Maynooth has a number of large retailers, Liffey Valley and Blanchardstown Shopping Centre are also only 20 minutes drive from the town of Kilcock.

Inside, all homes in Ledwill Park are A-rated and incorporate the latest in technology that are designed to result in lower energy costs, along with high levels of insulation in the floors, walls and roof.

They contain shaker-style doors, modern skirting and architraves finished in white satin paint and a pull-down attic ladder. All windows and doors are two-toned uPVC double-glazed and there are French double doors to the back garden in each home.

In the bedrooms, you’ll find a shaker-style fitted wardrobe in both the master and second bedroom. The bathrooms are stylish and contemporary, with carefully chosen tiles on all bathroom floors and wet areas, as seen in the show houses.
